Yes. Log into parley 365, go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data, or email [email protected]. We prepare a complete export of your personal details, transaction history, login records and withdrawal requests within five business days.

Your payment details are never stored on our servers. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the transaction is processed by the payment provider's encrypted gateway. We only record the transaction ID and amount for reconciliation purposes.
